Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the ClickOClick Technologies website and to enquiries you send us. Work on a specific project is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Please do not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or send spam or harmful content.

Quotes and proposals

Information on this website is general and is not a binding offer. We provide a written quote after understanding your requirements. A project begins only after you accept a written proposal or agreement.

Payments

Payment terms, milestones and any advance amount are set out in your proposal. Taxes such as GST or VAT are charged where applicable.

Ownership of work

Once a project is delivered and paid for in full, you own the source code, designs and assets created specifically for you, as set out in your agreement. Third-party libraries, tools and fonts remain subject to their own licences. We may keep general knowledge, tools and reusable components that are not specific to your business.

Confidentiality

We keep your project information confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request.

Portfolio and references

Unless you tell us otherwise, we may mention completed projects in our portfolio. We will not share confidential information or anything you ask us to keep private.

Warranties and limits of liability

We work with care and aim to deliver what we agree. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that a website or app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will achieve particular search rankings, traffic or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways and app stores. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any different arrangement in your project agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
